The sessions then shifted to thought leadership and practical applications. Sr Dr. Nazirul Fariq, Product & Growth Strategy Director of Glodon Group, highlighted the distinction between general AI and domain-specific AI, explaining why the latter is critical for construction. He also introduced Glodon’s “Three-High” strategy as a framework for industrial AI success. It starts with high-quality data, which is the core foundation for trustworthy AI and ensures that learning is accurate and meaningful. Based on this strong data, high-reliability models are developed, designed specifically for the construction industry to handle complex, multi-scenario applications. With reliable models in place, the outcome is high-value results, where AI brings tangible benefits such as improved efficiency, smarter cost management, and enhanced decision-making across the entire construction value chain. In essence, the Three-High strategy ensures that data, models, and outcomes work together to create real value for the industry.
